We monitor every server and PC, install updates, check that backups actually restore and answer when someone in the office is stuck. You get one number to call and a monthly report that says what we did.
Mainstream tools you can keep using without us. We pick them because we can support them well, not because of a distributor margin.
The problem
Break-fix support costs more than it looks
Most small companies call a technician when something breaks and pay by the hour. Nobody is paid to notice the disk that is filling up, the backup that stopped three weeks ago or the PC that has not installed an update since spring.
The result is a steady stream of small outages, a few expensive ones, and an IT setup that only one external person understands. We sell the opposite: a fixed fee to keep things from breaking, with the hours spent on prevention instead of repairs.
Backups that were never tested are the most common thing we find on a first visit
Updates postponed for months are how most ransomware gets in
Passwords, network diagrams and licences often live in one person's head
Hourly billing means your provider earns more when things go wrong
What the monthly fee covers
The same scope on every plan; the plans differ in response times, hours and reporting.
Monitoring
An agent on every server, PC and firewall. Disk, services, temperatures and backups are checked around the clock and alerts come to us, not to you.
Patch management
Windows, macOS and third-party updates installed in a planned window, tested on a few machines first. Failed updates are retried and reported.
Helpdesk
Email, phone and ticket portal. The person who answers can fix the problem, and every request is tracked against your SLA.
Backup and restore tests
Local and offsite copies, encrypted. We restore a sample every quarter and write down how long it took.
Endpoint protection
Managed SentinelOne on every device, configured and watched by us. On Platinum, with 24/7 MDR.
Documentation and reports
Inventory, passwords in a shared vault, network diagram, and a monthly or quarterly report. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.
How we work
From first call to fully managed
Most companies are fully onboarded within three weeks. Nothing changes for the staff on day one.

Clean-up
The urgent findings from the assessment: unsupported systems, missing MFA, open ports. Agreed with you, item by item.

A professional studio with a single office.
What we did
SentinelOne on every workstation, an OPNsense firewall running our IP blocklist, MFA on every account, managed updates and tested backups.

Guide
Managed IT for small companies, explained plainly
What a managed service provider (MSP) actually does
An MSP takes responsibility for your IT for a monthly fee: keeping systems updated, monitored and backed up, and fixing problems when they happen. The difference from a technician you call is that the provider is paid to prevent problems, so their incentives line up with yours.
For a company with 10 to 50 people, that usually replaces a part-time internal IT person or a loose arrangement with a local shop, and costs less than either once you count the downtime.
How to compare MSPs in the Treviso area
Prices are hard to compare because scopes differ. These questions make it easier:
Is the SLA written in the contract, with response times per priority?
Are backups tested with real restores, and how often?
Do you get the passwords and documentation, or does the provider keep them?
Is endpoint security included and actively watched, or just installed?
Can you leave at any time without losing anything?
What it costs
We do not publish prices because they depend on the number of devices and how much work the first month needs. The fee is fixed and covers the agreed scope. Projects outside it, like a new server or an office move, are quoted separately before any work starts.
FAQ
Questions we get most often
Do you only work in Veneto?
Most clients are in the provinces of Treviso, Padua and Vicenza, where we can be on site the same day. Monitoring and helpdesk are remote, so we also support companies elsewhere in Italy.
We already have someone who handles IT. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. Many clients keep an internal person for day-to-day requests and use us for monitoring, security, backups and projects. We share the ticket system and the documentation.
What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
Silver is for offices up to about 20 people, business hours, 4-hour response. Gold is for 20 to 50 people with extended hours and 2-hour response. Platinum is for production or anything where an hour of downtime costs real money: 24/7 monitoring, 1-hour response and a named engineer.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. You can leave at any time, and you keep the documentation, passwords and configurations.
Do we have to buy new hardware?
Not to start. We manage what you have and tell you what is at end of life, with a budget, so replacements can be planned instead of urgent.
Who answers when we call?
An engineer from our team in Castello di Godego. There is no first-line call centre.

Tell us what is not working
An engineer replies, not a sales rep, within one working day. The first on-site visit is free too, anywhere in the provinces of Treviso, Padua and Vicenza.
